Sponsorships

• Before a campaign starts running: full refund on request.
• After it starts: pro-rata refund for the unserved remainder of the month.
• If we end a campaign for a policy breach on our side, or the placement fails to serve: full pro-rata refund.
• If we end it for a breach on the advertiser's side: no refund for the served period.

How to request one

Email [email protected] from the address on the account, with the campaign name. Refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment provider, usually within ten business days.

API and other paid products

Paid API access is not open for purchase yet. When it is, this page will carry its terms.

Payments

A payment is only treated as complete when the payment provider confirms it through a verified webhook. A success page in your browser is not, on its own, proof of payment.
